The V-shaped fastener is designed according to the laying of 60kg/ steel rail, which meets the requirements of "Interim Technical Conditions for Passenger special Line fastener System", and is suitable for laying the ballasted track with prestressed concrete without shoulder pillows.
Fasteners meet the following operating conditions:
Maximum speed 350km/h passenger dedicated line: axle load 170kN(consider 10% increase in axle load).
Maximum speed 250km/h passenger dedicated line (taking into account freight) : maximum axle load 230kN(axle load consideration increase by 10%).
