WJ-7 fasteners are designed according to the laying of 60kg/ rail, which meets the requirements of "Interim Technical Conditions for Passenger special Line fasteners System" and is suitable for ballastless track with no shoulder stop structure.
Fasteners meet the following operating conditions: Maximum speed 350km/h passenger line:
Axle load 170kN(consider 10% increase in axle load).
Maximum speed 250km/h passenger dedicated line (taking into account freight) : maximum axle load 230kN(axle load consideration increase by 10%).
